Appointment Setters (Lead Activation)

Role and Opportunity 

As an Appointment Setter, you will: 

  • Provide fast response – Ensure leads are contacted within 5 minutes of acquisition, keeping momentum and engagement high. 
  • Qualify leads – Efficiently filter leads to pass only high-quality prospects to the sales team, improving conversion rates. 
  • Set appointments – Focus on booking appointments with qualified leads, allowing the sales team to concentrate on closing deals. 
  • Manage the pipeline – Ensure the diary is full, promptly rescheduling any cancelled appointments to maximise conversion opportunities. 

Purpose 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop communication and negotiation skills by engaging with key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with leading companies and experience high-level business operations. 

Your daily tasks will include:  

  • Contacting leads within 5 minutes of acquisition to ensure fast follow-up and keeping prospects engaged. 
  • Qualifying leads and ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team. 
  • Booking appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and promptly rescheduling any cancellations. 
  • Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is maximised, and cancellations are rescheduled immediately. 
  • Conducting proactive follow-up with warm leads, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks. 
  • Working directly within client CRMs or GHL accounts to seamlessly integrate lead management processes. 
  • Reviewing daily performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring a focus on results-driven success. 

Required Attributes 

  • You are a sales closer, not a customer support representative 
  • You want success and to be recognized for that success 
  • You have excellent call-handling skills 
  • You are an excellent conversationalist in English  
  • You deliver a high-quality and professional service 
  • You are technologically adept and highly trainable in new skills and software 
  • You have outstanding attention to detail 
  • You can multitask and prioritize your actions and outcomes 
  • You work well with minimum supervision. 
  • You have the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client 

Essential Experience  

  • At least 1-year call handling experience  
  • Outbound call handling 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications 
  • Experience or knowledge in using any CRM tool. 

Highly Advantageous 

  • Experience in handling Australian clients 
  • Clear spoken English and a neutral accent.
