Clear is looking for a proactive and adaptable team player to work with Clear’s People Acquisition Team to help drive client growth by sourcing and securing great candidates, converting at least 2 new hires in a week.

Role and Opportunity  

As part of the People Acquisition Team, the Senior Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment of specific roles – from reviewing and posting job ads, to onboarding. As the primary gatekeeper, you shall ensure that only outstanding people join the Clear team. You are driven to constantly find exceptional talents with the firm’s established core values in the quickest possible manner and give these talents the opportunity to work with our esteemed clients. As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Drive recruitment for internal and external roles
  • Contribute to the initiatives of Recruitment in a collaborative environment
  • Work with the other members of our HR Team to achieve the Team’s deliverables for both Clear and its clients.

Purpose 

  • Reviewing and posting job ads in multiple channels
  • Perform the latest salary market study of requested roles and present a summary report to Human Resources Manager or Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
  • Sourcing suitable candidates from all relevant channels
  • Pre-screening candidates and administering role-specific candidate assessments Interviewing, shortlisting, and keeping candidates updated on the status of their application
  • Recommending shortlisted candidates to SDMs
  • Setting interview schedules with SDMs
  • Creating candidate profiles for client presentation
  • Coordinating with the IT to request the temporary email address of the shortlisted candidate when needed
  • Sending reminder and calendar invites to candidates for client interview
  • Perform reference check/employment verification of selected candidates
  • Promote External Referral Program to candidates who are not actively exploring or candidates who were not selected, or every time there is an opportunity
  • Meticulously maintaining all relevant information in the applicant tracking system
  • Maintaining a ‘bench’ of suitable candidates for specific role types
  • Collecting and chasing up pre-employment documents from new hires
  • Submitting reports relevant to Recruitment such as weekly applicant report, as requested by the Human Resources Manager
  • Identifying opportunities that add value and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Contribute to various Recruitment campaigns such as Employee Referral Program (ERP)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Highly trainable, open to new work environment and new recruitment process
  • Open to receiving feedback, creative and innovative in providing solutions
  • A drive to win the very best candidate for every role
  • Technologically adept with the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the People Acquisition Team.

Essential Experience  

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the recruitment of professional and technical roles
  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record
  • Background in using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Previous exposure to Australian clients and business culture is an advantage
