Admin HR Support

Clear is looking for an Admin HR Support to work with our client, an Australia-based company known as the experts in staffing solutions in the agricultural sector, in a remote work setup.

Role and Opportunity

Our client provides temporary labour services to the agricultural industry. Our client's company collaborates with Australia's top farmland owners and farmers, aiming for growth through valued relationships and practical solutions, as they have a strong advocate who believes people are important,

Purpose

As an Admin HR Support, you will "work-from-home" to:

  • Assist in following up on SharePoint tasks

  • Assist in chasing worker's documents

  • Keep track of policy registers

  • Upload documents to SharePoint

  • Process visas and work with sending documentation for visa applications

  • Monitor visa expiry and process visa renewals

  • Monitor driver's license expiry and renewals

  • Assist with letters to candidates relating to performance management

  • Check candidate files and update the contracts, copies of passports, copies of visa, etc.

  • Assist with Seasonal Worker Programme reporting

  • Handle the administration of Private Health benefits/ program

  • Perform other admin tasks that the client or management may require.

As an Admin HR Support, your daily tasks may include:

Required Attributes

  • You are reliable with a mature disposition, delivering high-quality and professional services.

  • You are an excellent conversationalist in English (verbal and written).

  • You are technologically adept, highly trainable in new skills and software and can follow structured processes and templates.

  • You excel in multitasking, proactive in managing workload and meeting strict deadlines.

  • You perform your duties with minimal supervision and still produce outstanding results.

  • You have absolute respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of information, with the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client or management.

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a similar degree

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in operations support, data entry or administration roles

  • At least 1-year call handling experience
