Stage 2:
Recruitment  Execution

If Local Australian Hire

$6,000 plus GST total

($3,000 to start; $3,000 on successful hire)

What's included:
  • Job ad finalisation and posting
  • Sourcing and screening Australian candidates
  • Shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Reference checks
  • Interview coordination
  • 3-month replacement guarantee (re-recruit free if needed)

If Remote Filipino Team Member

$1,600 plus GST upfront

(fully refundable if no successful candidate)

What's included:
  • Job ad finalisation and posting (Philippines market)
  • Sourcing and screening
  • Shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Reference checks
  • Interview coordination
  • Tech setup for hire

Ongoing all-inclusive monthly fee:

Part-time: $2,500 plus GST/month
Full-time: $4,500 plus GST/month
