Data Processing Associate
Clear is looking for a Data Processor to work with our client, a UK-based start-up building a data-driven platform, in a remote work setup.
Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to support the capture, processing, and structuring of reputation-related data across the client’s platform. While elements of the platform will be automated over time, the early stages require human-led data collection, validation, tagging, and preparation.
As part of the client’s “Data Collective,” you will focus on executing defined workflows to ensure data entering the platform is accurate, complete, and consistently structured. This role plays an important part in supporting the quality of downstream advisory and intelligence outputs.
Purpose
As a Data Processing Associate, you will "work from home" to:

-
Extract relevant data points based on predefined criteria
-
Clean, validate, and organise raw data into required formats
-
Apply standard tagging and classification rules (e.g. sentiment, issue type, stakeholder group)
-
Perform basic quality checks and flag inconsistencies or gaps
-
Upload processed data into the client’s platform
-
Track daily and weekly processing targets and follow process checklists
-
Collaborate with team members during calibration and review cycles
-
Contribute to team efforts and perform other data-related tasks as requested by the client or assigned by management
Required Attributes
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Structured and process-driven, able to follow defined workflows
-
