Clear is looking for outstanding Personal Assistants to provide remote work services to our Australia-based clients.

Role and Opportunity

Your new role is to provide our client with a broad range of administrative support tasks in a "work-from-home" setup. The client and the team need support that will allow them to focus on the growth and development of their practice and free them from tasks and routine obligations that are currently taking away from that focus. The role suits people who can switch between different types of tasks and respond to the changing requirements of a given day.

Purpose

As a Personal Assistant, you will "work-from-home" to:

  • Provide administrative support to the client

  • Provide administrative and back-office functions in support of the day-to-day operations of the practice

  • Handle all phone calls effectively, politely and in a professional manner, and follow the proper procedure when requested to divert the call

  • Perform minor finance-related tasks

  • Coordinate with business associates and other business entities, etc. as required

  • Coordinate the client's tasks and commitments ensuring deadlines are met and priorities managed

  • Learn the client's system and its functions

  • Perform administrative tasks such as reports, data entry, and other documentations

  • Upload and update the database and spreadsheets

  • Arrange, manage, and maintain the client's schedules, appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements

  • Manage the client's emails and inbox efficiently

  • Prepare and send out correspondences and emails on the client's behalf

As a Personal Assistant, your  daily tasks may include:

Required Attributes

  • You have relentless attention to detail.
  • You aim for excellence and have excel in multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.
  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • You quickly learn new systems and software.
  • You perform your duties with minimal supervision and still produce outstanding results.
  • You have absolute respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of information, with the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client or management.
  • At least 2-years' experience in supporting business owners or executives in an admin or PA capacity
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge in basic editing tools like Canva

  • Exposure to Australian business culture
  • Having a clear and neutral accent
