Senior Data Processing Analyst
Clear is looking for a Senior Data Processing Analyst to work with our client, a UK-based start-up building a data-driven platform, in a remote work setup.
Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to support the delivery of high-quality, insight-ready data across the client’s platform while providing quality oversight to the wider Data Collective. This role handles more complex data scenarios and supports the development, calibration, and consistency of data processing workflows.
As the platform evolves, this role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, contextual judgment, and reliability, while supporting junior team members and improving processing standards.
Purpose
As a Senior Data Processing Analyst, you will "work from home" to:

Own data quality and consistency across processed outputs

Provide guidance and quality oversight to Data Processing Associates

Support the refinement of workflows and processing standards as volume increases
Your daily tasks may include:

Process and interpret complex or high-impact data sources
-
Review and quality check data processed by team members
-
Apply judgement when tagging, categorising, and summarising data
-
Identify recurring issues, gaps, or inconsistencies and recommend improvements

Ensure data uploaded to the platform is accurate and insight-ready

Support onboarding, calibration, and guidance of new team members
-
Maintain and refine processing guidelines and checklists
-
Flag notable trends or anomalies identified during data processing
-
Contribute to team efforts and perform other data-related tasks as requested by the client or assigned by management

Essential Experience

3 to 5 years’ experience in data processing, research, or analytics support roles

Strong experience working with structured data frameworks and quality review

Advanced comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal tools

Strong English comprehension for UK and international content

Comfortable working in a remote setup with international clients
Advantageous (Optional Qualifications)

Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members

Exposure to workflow optimisation or process improvement

Experience supporting early stage or scaling platforms

Ability to identify trends or patterns during data processing
