Can you find me skilled admin staff?

How will I communicate with Clear admin staff?

You choose how and when you will keep in contact with your Clear admin staff member. Think of it as having one of your colleagues working remotely from home. Would you prefer to use email, a team messaging program, WhatsApp for daily communications? Would you like to have a weekly catch-up meeting via Zoom or ask them to join the full team meeting virtually? You can use as many channels as you like to keep the lines of communication open.

Can I get someone to help me with marketing?

Yes, our specialty is making the most of an underutilised patient record system. Re-marketing to your existing patient base has one of the best returns on investment you can find. We’re happy to handle any marketing tasks you require.

Can I get someone to help with bookkeeping experience?

It’s easy to get behind in the bookkeeping when there’s a busy practice to keep running. Clear staff can help with any bookkeeping tasks you need to be completed on a regular or ad-hoc basis.

What if a patient needs to speak to a dental therapist when they call?

The call can be forwarded to the practice. Your admin person will always introduce the call with the patient’s name and nature of the call. If you prefer, they can take a message so a dental therapist can return the call at a convenient time.

Can you take the pressure off our reception staff?

Yes, when your reception staff are greeting patients, providing quotes or taking payment, they can give their full attention to the person standing in front of them. They don’t need to interrupt the conversation to answer a ringing phone or be thinking of all the tasks they need to do during the quiet time that never comes.
