Yes, we have years of experience working closely with many dental practices all over Australia, so we’ve learned what changes can improve the bottom line. For most practices, that’s making sure you get the most out of your patient management system.

What IT systems do you use?

We are yet to find a dental Customer Management System or program that we can’t use. Most of our clients use Dental for Windows, Exact, Oasis, Core Practice, Practica, Open Dental and Dentrix Ascend. It doesn’t matter if your system is desk-top or cloud based, we’ll be able to gain access for your outsourced admin person to use just as your in-house staff do.

How can Clear help me spend more time looking after patients?

We take care of back-office tasks so you can have confidence that they’re getting done and done right so you can spend more of your time with patients.

Can you help with marketing my practice?

Yes, we believe in marketing to your existing customer base and ensuring you’re servicing them well before spending any money marketing to prospects. Most dental practices aren’t making the most of their most valuable asset – their database.
