Call Support Consultant

Clear is looking for a highly reliable, independent Call Support Consultant to work with our clients, they are the leading health practices in Australia.

Role and Opportunity

Your new role is to  provide reception support to the onshore team. You will be primarily in charge of implementing an effective phone call system, such as taking phone calls from existing patients to make or change a booking, diverting calls, etc.

The Call Support Consultant will provide our clients with reception support and appointment tasks. The clients rely on this support to streamline their operations and enhance their focus on business growth, relieving them of mundane tasks that detract from their core objectives.

The role suits individuals who can seamlessly transition between various tasks and adapt to the changing demands of each day, especially when it comes to driving potential sales for the client’s business and fostering client engagement.

Purpose

As a Call Support Consultant, you will:

  • Manage outbound and inbound virtual reception for our client
  • Help our clients drive their business’ growth by building a network of potential patients and engaging with them through phone calls and email correspondence.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Identify and maintain a list of health and dental patients
  • Be the first point of contact for health and dental patients and create an amazing first impression
  • Make outbound calls to warm prospects who have engaged with the marketing materials
  • Meet or exceed daily KPIs, with a focus on consultation appointments booked
  • Collect data and information with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process information for multiple health and dental sites
  • Undertake information for multiple health and dental sites
  • Undertake reception duties to support day-to-day requirements of the business
  • Report to your team lead on perceived areas of improvement, always aiming to be the best
  • Respond to inquiries via phone calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Utilize an operating system to gather prospect information
  • Maintain up-to-date records of potential patients and patients within CRMs
  • Perform other admin tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Required Attributes

  • Can effectively initiate outbound calls and handle inbound calls, by having excellent call-handling skills with the ability to deliver a high-quality, professional service.
  • Open to undergo 3 weeks of training and if successfully passed work on rotating shifts (early day shift up to mid shift), holidays, and weekends.
  • Technologically adept and highly trainable in new skills and software.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of the information.
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of voice account experience (both inbound & outbound) to do virtual sales and/or a high volume of phone appointment setting.
  • Background in dealing with customers from Australia, UK or New Zealand.
  • An effective conversationalist in the English language.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Meet) & Office 365 (Outlook, Teams)
  • Working knowledge in CRM

Advantageous (Optional)

  • Background in Sales is highly preferred
  • Healthcare-related educational background
  • Experience in handling dental/medical accounts
  • Working knowledge in HubSpot
  • Having a clear, neutral accent with a perky vibe.
