HR Assistant
Purpose
As an HR Assistant, you will:
- Support the People Acquisition Team (PAT) in hitting the recruitment targets
- Assist the HR Department in achieving Team goals
- Identify opportunities that add value and improve team outcomes.
The following will be your daily tasks:
- Assist the Recruitment Officer and Talent Acquisition Specialist in chasing pre-employment medicals
- Conduct reference checks and forward results to the team
- Assist the HR Supervisor and Human Resource Manager with tasks such as
- Chase pre-employment documents of new hires
- HMO requirements and eligibility
- Engagement activities such as posting on MS Teams and looking for vendors
- Records maintenance
- Assist the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist in updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by uploading applicant files, updating tags, notes, and pipeline, etc.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Required Attributes
- Fast learner with high attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive mindset
- Highly trainable and technologically adept (MS Office)
- Open to receive feedback and can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
Essential Experience
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource
- Willing to work on a fixed-term basis (4 months)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Experience in recruitment
